The Construction Process
Wash-n-Go was built from the ground up. The project took about eight months to complete, and it cost approximately $750,000, including the laundry equipment.
Marketplace Demographics
The laundromat enjoys a broad range of customers. The store is surrounded by a mobile home park and several apartments, which are lacking laundry facilities. In addition, just about a mile away, there is a more upscale neighborhood with single-family homes and higher-end apartment complexes, whose residents use Wash-n-Go’s larger-capacity machines for their bigger loads like bedding.
